FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Rounding Up the Edges (ROUTE) International Limited is a non-profit company aiming to be the leading company in empowering Africa`s young adults with essential employability, business and Life Skills through teaching/learning, practice and evaluation approaches. The Finance and Administration officer will report to the CEO and Founder of ROUTE.

He/she will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, overseeing and reporting on the company`s administrative and finance activities including but not limited to; budgeting, taking account of all sums received and expended by the company, management of investments, assets and liabilities, overseeing the management of the company`s information systems, and managing boards, committees and team meetings.

A bachelor’s` degree in Finance and Administration is mandatory with a minimum of

5 years of relevant experience. Proven skills in creative thinking, time and people management, priority setting, openness to continuous learning and use of Microsoft Office packages are all essential.
