Discipline is a collection of skills for self-control, self-regulation, maintaining good behaviour and practicing obedience. Discipline is doing what needs to be done even though you don`t want to. Discipline does not mean deprivation.


Participants in this module will learn the types of discipline, the basic, constructive and generative skills for self-discipline, skills for impulse control end emotional regulation, and the ways in which self-discipline can be mastered.


Skills for discipline around smartphone use will be used as a practical real-life example.
